I wanted to thank you again for helping me sell my house in the Alassio tract of Talega.  As you know, it was the first house that I have ever sold and I have to say the process was as smooth as I could have hoped for.  You really made all of the transactions easy to understand and when there were some hiccups with the title company, you put my mind at ease when you took care of everything.

As you now know by working with me, I am extrememly analytical in my thinking and I weigh just about everything before I make my decisions.  I could show you countless spreadsheets having to do with my real estate investments!  Well that thinking followed me when I was choosing an agent to represent me.  I interviewed about 6 different agents who have done well in the Talega area.  There were some excellent agents that I interviewed but you stood out head and shoulders above the rest.  All of the agents I interviewed had a lot of experience, but I could tell that some (you probably know who I am talking about) really didn't care about my needs, but more about simply making a sale no matter what the price.  I truly felt that some of the others would have sold my place at far less than what we actually got for my home.
